Returns and Complaints

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, and we'll ensure the purchase price of your order is credited to your account within 14 to 30 days of receiving the return. Do you want to exchange a product because the size doesn't fit, or you want a different version of the product? This is also possible! For an exchange or return, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.

*The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons (e.g., cosmetics) whose seal has been broken after delivery.

Products received in error
If you ordered a specific product variant but received a different or incorrect product, you can also use the form below to request a replacement of the correct product or variant. To do this, please attach a photo as proof of the product or variant you received in error and indicate which product or variant you would like to receive instead.

Where can I get my money back?
We'll refund you in the same form you paid it. Is this impossible? We'll contact you.

Cost of returning the goods.
As a general rule, you are always responsible for returning the product. Did you receive the wrong product/variant? To avoid having to return this product, we'll send you a new one.

Defective
It is not necessary to return defective products. We cannot offer them to other customers. In this case, we will simply send you a new one or refund the purchase price. All we need is proof that the product is defective in the form of one or more photographs of the product. Complete the form below to request a new product or a refund.

How do returns work?

Step 1:  Request a refund using the form below.

Step 2:  Register your return .

Step 3:  Send the goods

. Go to your nearest post office and send us the package you want to return. Always make sure to send your return with the Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are legally responsible for this and, in theory, we can refuse the return if a Track & Trace code (tracking number) has not been added.

Step 4:  Receive the purchase price in your bank account.

Once we receive your shipment, we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your bank account within 30 days.

Return Policy:

Make sure that:

  • The products are complete.
  • The products are originally packaged and undamaged.
  • You send the product with the tracking number of the returned package (you will receive it at the post office, so don't forget to mention it).
  • You attach the return form.
  • You wrote down your order number on the return form.
  • Your first and last name appear on the return form.


Does your return not meet the conditions stated above? Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns and refunds for your purchase.

Tracking:
Once your return and refund are processed, you will automatically receive a notification. Of course, we try to do this as quickly as possible. If you don't hear from us within 30 days? Then don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

NOTE: If you return a product and it arrives damaged or incomplete, we unfortunately cannot accept it and refund the purchase price. Returned products must be well packaged, especially delicate items.

Where can I find the return form?

You can request it below by sending an email using the contact form. You will receive it after registering your return.

Where can I find the tracking code?

You will receive a tracking number from the post office or postal service from which you sent your return. So be sure to send your return with the tracking and tracing number of the postal service you used to ship your item. You can email us the Track & Trace code you received from the courier company after registering your return.

Where can I find the sender's address?

You will receive the return address from us when you register your return.

Note: The return address for packages is not the same as our address. Do not return products exclusively to this address without informing us first. Unfortunately, returns sent to an address other than ours are non-refundable, as we will never accept them.

Where can I find my order number?

You will find your order number in the email you received after placing your order in our online store. You'll also find your order number on all delivery messages you receive from us. The order number consists of 4 or 5 digits.
