Shipping Options
We offer several shipping methods to ensure your order arrives promptly and securely. After your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking details. Delivery times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Orders

Missing or Damaged Items
If something is missing or arrives damaged, reach out within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the packaging or packing slip, and a description of the issue. Claims made after 14 days may not be accepted.

Note on Packaging:
If the outer packaging is damaged but the product is unharmed and functional, it won’t qualify for a refund or replacement.

Tracking Shows Delivered, But You Didn’t Receive It
If your tracking says “Delivered” but the package is missing, file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please send us proof of the claim for assistance. Claims after 14 days of marked delivery may not be accepted.

Order Changes
Need to adjust your order? You can make changes (like quantity or address) within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be in the shipping process.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond that, cancellations may not be possible if the order has shipped.

Processing Times
